2025  Pricing

Seasonal lots range from $3,300.00 - $8 300.00, depending on size and proximity to the lake. (Electrical individually metered).

Lot Size

Each lot varies in size. Average size 50x50. Most are treed, for privacy, with cedar fencing between each lot.

This site is in the middle of both beaches, close to boat docking, and our green space with pickleball, horseshoes, a playstructure, and a covered pavilion.  Max length for a trailer on this site from tongue to bumper is 34 feet.

This lot is located near 1 of two beaches, comfort station and not a far walk from the the common area, with some green space with a pickleball court, horseshoes, a playstructure, and a covered pavilion.  Max length for a trailer on this site from tongue to bumper is 36 feet.
