Seasonal lots range from $3,700.00 - $8 900.00, depending on size and proximity to the lake. (Electrical is individually metered).
Lot Size
Each lot varies in size. Average size: 50x50. Most are treed for privacy, with cedar fencing between each lot.

Trailers coming into the park, must be no older than 10 years of age, no shorter than 24' in length, no canvas (similar to a pop-up trailer) and no 12 wide park model trailers, (Northlander, Brekenridge)

LOT 12 - Located near the entrance of the park, a comfort station, and not far from the Sandy beach or boat launch. Max allowable length is 36' (tongue to bumper). Septic Connection.
