2025 Pricing
Seasonal lots range from $3,300.00 - $8, 500.00, depending on size and proximity to the lake. (Electrical individually metered).
Lot Size
Each lot varies in size. Average size 50x50. Most are treed, for privacy, with cedar fencing between each lot.

Trailers coming into the park, must be no older than 10 years of age, no shorter than 26' in length, no canvas (similar to a pop-up trailer) and no park model trailers, with no tip outs. (like Northlander, Brekenridge)

LOT 22 - Located in a quiet area of the park, near a community green space and comfort station. Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $3,745.00, plus tax.
LOT 33 - Located near the community green space, and playground. Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $4,035.00, plus tax.
LOT 38 - Located in a quite and top area of the park, near by a comfort station. Max allowable length is 40' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $3,976.00, plus tax.
LOT 43 - Located in the upper area of the park with a short distance to the playground and community green space. Max allowable length is 32' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $3,910.00, plus tax.
LOT 84 - Located in a quiet area of the park, near the east boat docks, comfort station and our deep beach. Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $5,300.00, plus tax.
LOT 91 - Located in a quiet area of the park, near community green space and playground. Max allowable length is 38' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $3,800.00, plus tax.

LOT 104 - Located in beside our boat cove and nearby our two swimming areas, with a beautiful view of the upper rideau. The Max allowable length is 30' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $5,650.00, plus tax.
LOT 111 - Located in the park between our two swimming areas and boat docking. The Max allowable length is 36' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $5,115.00, plus tax.
LOT 161 - Located near one of our comfort stations and our sandy beach. The Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper)
