Seasonal lots range from $3,300.00 - $8, 500.00, depending on size and proximity to the lake. (Electrical individually metered).
Lot Size
Each lot varies in size. Average size 50x50. Most are treed, for privacy, with cedar fencing between each lot.

Trailers coming into the park, must be no older than 10 years of age, no shorter than 26' in length, no canvas (similar to a pop-up trailer) and no park model trailers, with no tip outs. (like Northlander, Brekenridge)

LOT 33 - Located in a quiet area of the park, near the community green space, and playground. Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $4,035.00, plus tax.
