2026 Pricing
Seasonal lots range from $3,500.00 - $8 900.00, depending on size and proximity to the lake. (Electrical individually metered).
Lot Size
Each lot varies in size. Average size 50x50. Most are treed, for privacy, with cedar fencing between each lot.

Trailers coming into the park, must be no older than 10 years of age, no shorter than 24' in length, no canvas (similar to a pop-up trailer) and no 12 wide park model trailers, (Northlander, Brekenridge)

LOT 10 - Located near Sunnysides' community green space a comfort station, on a quiet road. Max allowable length is 42' (tongue to bumper)

LOT 38 - Located in a quite and top area of the park, near by a comfort station. Max allowable length is 40' (tongue to bumper)

LOT 84 - Located in a quiet area of the park, near the east boat docks, comfort station and our deep beach. Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper) *trailer not inlcuded*
