Seasonal lots range from $3,700.00 - $8 900.00, depending on size and proximity to the lake. (Electrical is individually metered).
Lot Size
Each lot varies in size. Average size: 50x50. Most are treed for privacy, with cedar fencing between each lot.

Trailers coming into the park, must be no older than 10 years of age, no shorter than 24' in length, no canvas (similar to a pop-up trailer) and no 12 wide park model trailers, (Northlander, Brekenridge)

LOT 4 - Located near the entrance of the park, a comfort station, and not far from the Sandy beach or boat launch. Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper) *trailer not inlcuded*

LOT 12 - Located on a quiet road, near common green space area, a comfort station and our deep beach. Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper) *trailer not inlcuded*

LOT 84 - Located in a quiet area of the park, near the east boat docks, comfort station and our deep beach. Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper) *trailer not inlcuded*

LOT 111 - Located with a view of the Upper Rideau, inbetween two beaches, and easy access to docking. Max allowable length is 34' (tongue to bumper)

LOT 145 - Located in a quiet area of the park, near the Sandy beach, boat launch, a comfort station, and the ice cream! Max allowable length is 32' (tongue to bumper) *trailer not inlcuded*

LOT 157- Located near the Sandy Beach, Office and a comfort station. The Max allowable length is 30' (tongue to bumper)
Lot fees are $4,675.00, plus tax.
