Welcome to the Beach House at Sunnyside Family Retreat

With a spectacular view of the lake, our three-bedroom cottage provides a wonderful setting for a cottage vacation with all the conveniences of home.  Our goal at Sunnyside is to provide our guests with a quiet family environment where they can enjoy a quality vacation in natural surroundings.

The Beach House Cottage features:  

  • A large private half-acre waterfront lot with 100' of private waterfront

  • A boat dock (available June-September)

  • Air conditioning and electric heat

  • Completely equipped kitchen; small appliances, cutlery, dishes, serve ware, etc.

  • Coming Soon!!  Washer and Dryer 

  • Complimentary Internet

  • 50" Smart TV.

  • Full-size fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher

  • The back deck includes a BBQ (propane included), and a dining table for six

  • Firepit, with firewood provided

  • Three bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each, 3rd bdrm with 2 twin beds

  • Full bathroom, with tub/shower combo

The Beach House Cottage DOES NOT include:

  • Bedding, pillows,

  • Towels (personal, beach, and kitchen)

  • Personal toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc)

  • No pets are permitted no smoking, and no partying! 

In addition to your accommodations, The Beach House Cottage guests are encouraged to take advantage of the additional amenities of Sunnyside Family Retreat.

  • two swimming areas

  • two children's playgrounds

  • horseshoe pits, beach volleyball, pickleball

  • walking trails (see photo gallery for a map)

  • use of kayaks, and peddle boats in designated areas at the sandy beach

Also available to our Beach House Cottage guests are also the store, which offers small grocery items, ice cream, drinks, bagged ice, and Sunnyside clothing, as well as a few items you may or may not need!

Below the store/office there is a fully equipped gym, that is available during certain hours, to all our guests as well, be sure to ask at the office when you check in for details!
