Beach House Cottage pricing is based on 2 adults (25yrs and older )and 2 children under the age of 19. Maximum occupancy of 6 persons, of which no more than 4 can be adults.  Please note that pets although we love them, are not permitted in the rental.

Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Friday. Check-in time on a Saturday is between 12 noon and 4:00 pm. Check-out time on a Friday is 11:00 am. Late check-in time can be discussed and arranged with management, prior to arrival.

A 50% deposit of your total rental is required to hold all reservations. Deposits can be paid by email transfer to sunnysideserevices@hotmail.com. Balance can be paid by email transfer, cash, or debit upon check-in. 

 

A damage deposit of $250 is required and will be charged at the time of check-in, and refunded 48 hours after departure (via email transfer) pending management discretion.
