Site Fees are based on — 2 adults & 2 children under 19 years of age

Additional Children 3 -18 yrs - $100.00

Seasonal Camper 19—23 yrs., in school, single, dependent, living at home - $130.00

Seasonal Camper 65+, dependant, single, living with Primary Member or LTC facility - $130.00

Use of park more than 100 days (Any Part of Any Day), Graduated Scale for every 10 Days Beyond 100 Days - $180.00

September 8, 2023 Non-Refundable Site Deposit (not waterfront sites) - $800.00

September 8,2023 Non-Refundable Boat/Sea Doo Dock Deposit - $250.00-$300.00

September 8, 2023, Waterfront Sites Non-Refundable Site Deposit - $1500.00

Deposits are due September 8th, 2023. A penalty charge of $100.00 will be levied each month on unpaid Site and Deposit Fees on the first day of default.

BOAT DOCKING:

In Cove Docking - Seasonal Rental - $695.00

Outside Docks - Seasonal Rental - Up to 84" wide -  $800.00

Outside Docks - Seasonal Rental - Over 84" wide - $950.00

Sea Doo Docking — Seasonal Rental - $400.00

Sea Doo Lift — Seasonal Rental - $620.00

Daily Docking — Per 24hrs. (including launching fee & storage of boat trailer) - $70.00
Off Site Storage of any item (boat, trailer etc.) without dock rental May-Oct - $375.00.

 

BOAT DOCKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER AND THE AVAILABILTY IS DEPENDENT ON WEATHER & LAKE CONDITIONS

Storage Under Pavillion (Off Season - Per Unit) - $375.00

Extra Storage Per Unit Per Month in Season - $60.00

Off Season (Oct-April) Storage of Any Item (Boat, Trailer, etc.) - $200.00

Trailer Winterizing (completed after closing day) - $110.00+

(Winterizations MUST be paid for prior to October 1st, 2023, or they will not be completed.)

Spring Opening (completed prior to opening day) - $85.00+

Grass Cutting & Trimming (one time) - $50.00+

Annual Grass Cutting & Trimming (*Raking Extra) - $400.00+

Labour Rates Per Hour (depending on job & number of crew) - $95.00+

 

ALL OUTSTANDING BALANCES ON ACCOUNT MUST BE PAID BY THE LAST DAY OF THE SEASON

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Rate Summary must be initialed and returned to the office by October 1st/2023.

• No refunds, for paid site/dock fees or service packages after May 3, 2024.

• Last Pump-out Date: October 9th, 2023 (final pump outs are included in your winterization if Sunnyside is providing that service for you)

• Last garbage Pick-up: October 9th, 2023 (only household garbage, larger items can be arranged for a fee to be picked up by Sunnyside staff)

• All Taxes are extra where applicable.

 

 

FEES WE PREFER NEVER TO CHARGE 

• All monthly charges (On account/in season charges) are due by the 10th of the following month. A $50.00 admin fee will be charged when invoices are not paid by the 10th of the month.

• Visitors: Fees will be doubled per person that is not registered with the office PRIOR to entering the park.

• Lot Maintenance: starting at $50.00 to mow unkempt lawns (subject to lot size and length of grass)

• Late Seasonal Rate Summary Received: $50.00 for not received by October 1st/2023, and each additional month not received after the initial deadline.

• Prices are subject to change at management's discretion.
