Sunnyside’s large, generous lots will hold the largest of park model trailers. With a variety of parkland and waterfront lots, there is a lot to accommodate each individual’s wishes. All lots are divided by cedar rail fencing, with adequate space for parking one vehicle.

Each lot is also serviced with filtered, tested, potable water, and 30 amp electrical services which are individually metered and billed twice annually. All lots are equipped with greywater disposal, and we offer a mobile service to dispose of blackwater sewage.
 

* All lot fees are based on 2 Adults and 2 Children under 19yrs. For additional children 3-18yrs.,  $100.00 per child (plus HST), for Dependent children 19-23yrs., $130.00 per child (plus HST).
